Goosefish Header

The Goosefish Press is a small letterpress and book arts studio located in South Boston. Started in 2005, Goosefish is dedicated to creating the highest quality books and letterpress materials, including unique and distinctive wedding invitations, bringing the best of 19th and 21st century technologies together. A full-service letterpress printing shop, Goosefish Press also creates customized books and boxes by hand as well as eclectic greeting cards and fine art prints.

Work designed and produced by the Goosefish Press has been featured on the Fox 25 Morning News “What’s Hot This Wedding Season” segment presented by TheKnot.com, The Weekly Dig, The Boston Business Journal, Boston Brides Magazine, and Boston Magazine’s Elegant Weddings.

Robert Charlton is a graduate of Boston University with a BA in English Literature and holds a Post-Baccalaureate certificate from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. He is an artist member of the Center for Book Arts in New York, and a member of Boston Book Arts and the Letterpress Guild of New England. He has shown work in galleries across the country. He taught printmaking through the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston’s Adult Learning Program and has been a visiting artist at the Museum School, Massachusetts College of Art, Art Institute of Boston, the University of New Hampshire and Endicott College.
